When the phase voltage below 198 volts, line voltage below 342 volts, submersible pump motor speed down, when to reach the rated speed of the 70%, the centrifugal start switch closed, causing the startup winding electricity and heat and even burn winding and capacitor. On the contrary, the high voltage causes the motor to overheat and burn out the winding. Therefore, in the operation of the pump, the operator must observe the power supply voltage at any time, if less than the rated voltage below 10%, higher than the rated voltage of more than 10%, the motor should be stopped, to find out the causes and troubleshooting.

3 、 cable installation and insulation resistance requirements of multi-stage electric pump

When installing multi-stage submersible pump, the cable should be overhead and the power line should not be too long. When the submersible pump is put in or put forward, don't force the cable so as to avoid breaking the power line. When the pump works, do not sink into the mud, otherwise it will lead to poor cooling of the motor and burn out the motor winding. When installing, the insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 500 billion euro.

4 、 installation of leakage protector

The leakage protector is also called the life saver, and its function is understood from the three words "life saver". Because submersible pump works underwater, it is easy to leak electricity and cause electric energy loss and even cause electric shock accident. If there is a leakage protector, as long as the submersible pump leakage exceeds the action leakage protection current value (generally not more than 30 MA), electric leakage protection device will cut off the power supply, to ensure the safety of the submersible pump, while avoiding leakage, waste of energy.

5. Avoid frequent switch

Do not switch the submersible pump frequently, this is because the electric pump will produce backflow when stopping, if it starts up immediately, it will start the motor load, leading to the starting current is too large and burned the winding. Due to the large starting current, frequent startup will also destroy the submersible pump motor windings.

6, do not let the multistage submersible pump overload

In order to avoid the long-term overload work of submersible pumps, the water with large sediment concentration should not be pumped, and the current value should be observed on the nameplate at any time. If the current is found to be too large, the check should be stopped. In addition, the pump running time should not be too long, so as not to overheat the motor and burned.

7, pay attention to routine maintenance

Usually to check the motor often, such as cracks found in the lower cover, rubber ring damage or failure, etc., should be replaced or repaired in time, to prevent water penetration into multi-stage submersible pump.
